Photos by Jeff Barrett Crowds flooded the small town of Cleveland last week as the annual Cleveland Days celebration brought forth three days of events.Activities began on Thursday with bike races followed by a Dutch oven contest. The Straight Canyon Band brought music and dancing to round out the evening. Friday started with a free kids’ day in the park at noon and the fun continued with a potluck lamb fry and a movie night in the park.The festivities began early on Saturday morning with a 5K run and breakfast in the park. Local boy scouts led a flag raising ceremony before the kids’ parade and grand parade. Activities continued throughout the day with kids’ games, horseshoe and cornhole tournament, a raffle and more. Fireworks sent the event off with a bang on Saturday night.The celebration also served to pay tribute to Dan and Annette Wells, the 2019 Cleveland Days Honored Citizens.
